Traders Evolve Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old to use Traders Evolve services, purchase any product, participate in paid programs, use FlowIQ, join Pay-to-Pass services, or interact with any trading related offers.

By using Traders Evolve, you confirm that you are 18 or older and legally able to agree to these terms.

Traders Evolve provides trading related education, live market commentary, community access, futures trading discussions, prop firm challenge content, indicators, FlowIQ, affiliate offers, partner promotions, Pay-to-Pass services, digital products, and other trading related tools or content.

Traders Evolve is mainly a futures trading community, but content may also mention stocks, options, crypto, forex, prop firms, brokers, platforms, or other financial markets.

Everything provided is for educational and informational purposes only.

Nothing provided by Traders Evolve is financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, legal advice, tax advice, or a guarantee of any result.

The Traders Evolve Discord server is currently free to join and free to watch.

You may share the public Discord invite link unless we say otherwise.

Free access does not mean you are entitled to unlimited access forever. We reserve the right to remove, ban, restrict, mute, or limit any user at any time if we believe it is necessary for the safety, quality, or integrity of the community.

Traders Evolve may offer paid products or services, including but not limited to: FlowIQ, indicators, Pay-to-Pass services, educational products, classes or coaching, digital products, affiliate offers, partner offers, software access, subscriptions, one time purchases, and community related upgrades or tools.

Some products may be billed one time. Others may be billed on a recurring subscription basis.

By purchasing anything from Traders Evolve, you agree to pay the listed price and authorize us or our payment processor to charge your payment method.

For recurring products, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel according to the instructions provided at purchase or through the payment platform being used.

Failure to pay may result in removal, suspension, or termination of access.

All sales are final unless we clearly state otherwise in writing.

No refunds. No chargebacks. No exceptions unless approved by Traders Evolve in writing.

This applies to all products and services, including FlowIQ, indicators, Pay-to-Pass services, subscriptions, one time purchases, digital products, educational content, affiliate offers, partner offers, coaching, classes, or any other paid service connected to Traders Evolve.

By completing a purchase, you understand and agree that you are not entitled to a refund because you changed your mind, did not use the product, lost a trade, failed a prop firm challenge, did not get funded, did not receive a payout, misunderstood the offer, or expected guaranteed results.

You may not share, resell, leak, copy, distribute, or give away paid access, private links, FlowIQ access, indicators, digital products, recordings, private content, login information, paid channels, private materials, or anything else that is not meant to be publicly shared.

You may share the free public Discord invite link. You may not share paid content or paid access.

If you are caught sharing paid content, leaking private material, reselling access, or helping others bypass payment, we may immediately remove your access without refund and take further action if needed.

All Traders Evolve content belongs to Traders Evolve, Daniel Meraz Enterprises LLC, or the appropriate content owner.

This includes but is not limited to: logos, branding, videos, Discord content, written posts, watchlists, charts, indicators, FlowIQ, educational material, digital products, recordings, graphics, templates, strategies, training content, paid resources, website content, and community materials.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, repost, resell, distribute, upload, leak, or commercially use our content without written permission.

You may not claim our content, tools, branding, or materials as your own.

By using Traders Evolve, you agree not to: harass, threaten, abuse, or disrespect other members; spam the server; promote without permission; post scams or misleading offers; impersonate Danny, admins, moderators, affiliates, or other members; share private content without permission; leak paid content; share FlowIQ or paid access; attempt to hack, exploit, or damage any platform connected to Traders Evolve; break Discord rules; break applicable laws; post illegal, harmful, or dangerous content; disrupt live trading, classes, calls, or community channels; misrepresent your results, payouts, screenshots, or trading activity.

We can remove content, mute users, restrict access, ban members, or terminate access at any time if we believe a user is damaging the community or violating these terms.

Traders Evolve reserves the right to ban, remove, suspend, mute, or restrict any user at any time, with or without warning.

Reasons may include but are not limited to: disrespect, spam, scamming, harassment, leaking content, sharing paid access, chargebacks, refund abuse, false claims, unauthorized promotion, breaking Discord rules, breaking prop firm rules publicly in a way that harms the community, threatening members or staff, or causing drama or disrupting the server.

If you are removed or banned, you are not automatically entitled to a refund.

Traders Evolve may allow affiliates to promote approved products, services, indicators, Pay-to-Pass offers, FlowIQ, partner links, prop firm links, or other trading related products.

Affiliates must be honest when promoting offers and must follow all applicable laws, advertising rules, platform rules, and disclosure requirements.

Affiliates may not make fake guarantees, false income claims, fake payout claims, or misleading promises about profits, funded accounts, payouts, or trading success.

Traders Evolve may remove or terminate affiliate access at any time if an affiliate acts in a way that damages the brand, misleads users, violates rules, or creates legal or reputational risk.

Trading is risky. Futures trading, prop firm challenges, options, stocks, crypto, forex, and all financial markets involve the risk of loss.

You can lose money. You can fail challenges. You can blow accounts. You can be denied payouts. You can make emotional mistakes. You can lose access to funded accounts.

Traders Evolve does not guarantee profits, payouts, funded accounts, challenge passes, trading success, or any financial result.

You are responsible for your own trades, risk, decisions, account rules, and outcomes.

Traders Evolve may link to, mention, promote, or work with third party companies, including prop firms, brokers, charting platforms, Discord, TradingView, payment processors, affiliate platforms, software tools, or other services.

We do not control third party companies.

We are not responsible for their pricing, rules, payouts, denials, bans, outages, technical issues, account closures, customer support, data errors, or decisions.

Use third party services at your own risk and read their rules before signing up, purchasing, or trading.

Traders Evolve services are provided as is and as available.

We do not guarantee that our services will always be available, error free, uninterrupted, accurate, profitable, or suitable for your personal situation.

We do not guarantee that any indicator, tool, strategy, live trade, watchlist, Pay-to-Pass service, affiliate offer, or educational content will produce any specific result.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Traders Evolve, Daniel Meraz Enterprises LLC, Danny, Danny's Trades, admins, moderators, affiliates, partners, contractors, members, and anyone connected to Traders Evolve are not liable for any losses, damages, claims, costs, or consequences connected to your use of our services.

This includes but is not limited to: trading losses, failed challenges, blown accounts, denied payouts, lost profits, subscription charges, platform issues, broker issues, prop firm issues, emotional distress, business losses, data loss, account closures, missed trades, technical problems, payment issues, and third party disputes.

Your use of Traders Evolve is at your own risk.

We may update or change these Terms of Service at any time.

If we make important changes, we may notify users through Discord, email, website notice, or another reasonable method.

By continuing to use Traders Evolve after changes are posted, you agree to the updated terms.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law rules.

Any dispute related to these terms or Traders Evolve shall be handled under applicable California law unless another legal requirement applies.

By using Traders Evolve, joining the Discord, watching live trades, using FlowIQ, purchasing a product, joining Pay-to-Pass, clicking affiliate links, or participating in the community, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
